Rioja Qualified Origin.
After a painstaking and strict monitoring of the ripening process, the must obtained is settled before fermentation in French and American oak barrels. It remains 6 months with its fine lees in order to increase its volume and silky sensation in the mouth.
Complex and intense, with touches of tree-borne fruit (pear, peach) and tropical fruit (banana), in perfect harmony with the oak flavour.
Straw-green yellow, clear and bright.
Very smooth at first, with good volume and a silky sensation; good final acidity causing long persistence in the mouth.
