After careful and rigorous monitoring of ripening, we obtain the must which, after racking, undergoes alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. It remains for 3 months on its fine lees to increase its volume and silkiness in the mouth.
White fruits and citrus with mineral notes. Fun and fresh.
Straw yellow with golden rims, clean and bright.
Frank, with good acidity, tasty and balanced.
