Grapes are gathered manually in boxes and selected by hand. They are de-stemmed and are subjected to cold pre-fermentation maceration. The clear must is then fermented at a temperature of 18 ºC for 14 days.
Intense, fresh floral aroma with light citric touches.
Light with good acidity, fruity and fresh.
