Grapes selected from our vineyards in Laguardia. Fermentation controlled at between 28 and 30 ºC for 8 days. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in Eastern European oak, and is then racked for the crianza process to American oak barrels for 14 months and after being clarified slightly and filtered, is rounded off in the bottle.
