VINIFICATION: The ripening process of this variety is monitored strictly and rigorously in order to harvest at exactly the right moment in time. Following alcoholic and malolactic fermentation and after gentle racking, this wine was aged in American oak barrels for 10 months and bottled straight afterwards.
AROMA: High level of complexity, depth and personality. Ripe black fruit with nuances of fruit compote and floral sensations.
COLOUR: Well-covered maroon red, more open rim.
TASTE: Fills the palate completely, fine, with good acidity. Firm structure and tannins, lasts long in the mouth.
