Denomination d’Origine Rioja.
Grapes are gathered manually in 15-kg boxes in order to keep whole bunches until they are placed in the fermentation tanks where they are cold-macerated for 4 days. Low-temperature fermentation in order to maintain the highest amount of floral and fruity aromas, pressing gently. Following malolactic fermentation this wine is cleared and bottled.
Intense fruity expression with touches of blackberry and raspberry on a background of strawberry jelly beans with nuances of liquorice.
Bright cherry with violet reflections, medium-to-high robe.
Refreshing, fleshy. Seems to be carbonic, which gives it a vivacious touch. Easy to drink.
